Tim Brodie, RCT-C, CCTP, CEC, MMM
Course Facilitator, Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate), Group Processes Facilitator, Executive Coaching
Innovation of services and skills proven from the sands of Afghanistan to the Police Forces of Canada...that's what I'm offering you.  Tim's a veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force with almost 30 years of service, having retired in 2012.  Following that experience he worked within the RCMP as an executive coach, mediator and group process facilitator.  He's assisted teams in preparation for deployments to high stress settings, as well as helping teams in corporate cultures.  The lessons he's learned have resulted in the development of ground-breaking processes that resulted in profound and long-lasting shifts in organizational culture.  Those same processes are now available to you!

In recognition of my innovative and team-focussed processes he was inducted to the Order of Military Merit by then Governor-General of Canada, Michaëlle Jean.  He is also a graduate of the Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University and the Graduate Certificate program in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University.
